Painting in Hawaii

I did this painting on location at Kekaha Kai State Park. The park is now open at 8 instead of 9:00. Yes! The sky was spectacular at 8 am. Because it changes so quickly, one of the many challenges of painting on location, I did a quick sketch just to capture and label the many colors I saw. So glad I did.
